The Cleanse: Massage the Herbal Oil Cleanse into dry skin. Use the Organic Cotton Washcloth soaked in hot water to steam and gently wipe away impurities. Your skin will feel clean and soft, not stripped.

The Hydration: While your skin is still damp from the steam, mist your face generously with the Rose Hydrosol. This balances your skin's pH and primes your skin to optimally absorb the serum in the next step.

Q: How long does it take to see results from the Skin Detox Ritual?

A: While everyone’s journey is unique, many people notice their skin feels softer and more radiant immediately after the first wash. For deeper balancing—like regulating oil production or improving moisture retention—we recommend sticking with the ritual for at least 3–4 weeks to honor your skin’s natural renewal cycle.

Q: I'm a bit worried about using oil on my face. Will oil cleansing leave my skin feeling greasy or clog my pores?

A: It’s a common worry, but our community actually finds the opposite to be true! The herbal oils we use are designed to dissolve impurities and are easily wiped away with the warm, wet washcloth included in the set. Most people find their skin feeling soft and dewy—never "icky" or heavy.

Q: Do I need to use the Rose Hydrosol, or can I skip that step?

A: You can skip it and go straight from the oil cleanser to the serum, but we highly recommend the hydrosol for a few reasons: First, the hydrosol mist moistens your skin, priming it to maximally absorb the oil serum, helping the Barrier Repair Serum absorb deeper into the skin. Second, rosewater actually has a pH that matches your skin's ideal pH, so it acts as a pH balancer. And finally, the smell of this delicate, natural rose water is absolutely sublime and is a full sensory pleasure.

Q: Why does the Barrier Repair Serum have a smell, I thought it was unscented?

A: It is unscented in the sense that we did not add and fragrances, natural or synthetic to this serum. We believe in keeping our formulations as pure as possible, so the earthy or nutty scent you perceive is simply the raw, natural aroma of ingredients like cold-pressed Rosehip, Evening Primrose, and Pomegranate oils. It is a sign that the product is fresh, potent, and unmasked!

Q: Is this set safe for sensitive skin?
