Featherlight Foundation

This foundation can be applied dry as a powder, or mixed with oil, lotion, or sunscreen and applied as a cream foundation to achieve varying levels of coverage. You simply pick a shade that works with the depth of your skin + your undertones, and it will reflect light, smooth, neutralize, and most importantly, it will let your beautiful light shine through.

Featherlight makeup supports your skin in nourishing, protecting, and healing, while also providing natural coverage. This product is not meant to be a mask to hide behind. We offer you a makeup ritual as an act of self-care and self-love.

This makeup is very versatile and one shade can suit many different skin tones. It is also quite easy to customize by blending two shades or it can be made into a more sheer foundation by mixing in some Featherlight Veil.

NOTE ON SHADES

Each shade covers a wide spectrum of skin tones. The key is finding the one that will harmonize with your tones. The powder looks lighter in the jar (and on the screen) than it does on skin because it blends and takes on some of your natural oils. Don't hesitate to contact us if you are not sure which shade works best for you.

Neutral Light - Suits Light to Medium Complexions. This shade does not lighten or wash out any complexion, it brightens skin and adds a healthy glow. 

Neutral Medium - Suits Medium to Olive Complexions. If you are not sure between Neutral Medium and Neutral Light, you should probably pick Neutral Light.

Golden Medium - Suits Medium to Deep Complexions. This shade has a lot of warmth. It can also serve as a bronzer for lighter skin tones.

Warm Deep - Suits Deep to Deep Dark Complexions. This shade has neutral to subtle rosy notes and is very deep (the powder is darker when applied - it looks lighter on screen than it would on skin). If deciding between the Golden Medium and the Warm Deep, we recommend you choose based on both depth of skin tone and predominant undertones of your complexion.

INGREDIENT HIGHLIGHTS

• Zinc Oxide – Provides a base for natural “no-makeup” coverage while also contributing gentle anti-inflammatory and UV protective properties.

• Silk - Preserves natural moisture levels, reduces appearance of enlarged pores, reflects light, and brings radiance to the skin.

• Natural Mica – A sheer light diffusing mineral, giving skin an airbrushed appearance.

INGREDIENTS 8.5 g

Zinc Oxide, Mica, Silk, Magnesium Stearate, Iron Oxide Pigment, Organic Jojoba Oil, Organic Argan Oil

HOW TO USE - POWDER APPLICATION

• Scoop out a pinch of powder and tap into a small bowl.

• Gently swirl powder into a foundation brush and lightly tap off excess powder.

• Buff powder foundation into skin using circular motions.

HOW TO USE - CREAM APPLICATION

• Scoop out a pinch of powder and tap into hand or a small bowl.

• Combine with a pea sized amount of cream, serum, face oil, or sunscreen. Blend until creamy, even texture achieved.

• Apply cream foundation to face. If desired, finish with a fine powder application (see above) to set.
